Cancellations and Refunds

Bridge Bills supports Cancellation with certain conditions,

• 30 Days Refund / Cancellation Policy shall be applicable to the new users, provided the user’s account must be registered within 30 days of cancellation.
• The Refund amount will be initiated and reflected in your account within 5 to 10 working days as the terms of STRIPE.
• The Payment Gateway intergrated with Bridge Bills is "The STRIPE".
• Refunds cannot be initiated for accidental activation of the account or accidental termination (for users more than 30 days) or inactive system usage.
• Upon user request, it is possible to cancel a single or multiple users on the same account that holds multiple users without disturbing the active users.
